On March 19, 2026,an Indian customer paid a special visit to RGX for an on-site inspection and in-depth discussions and negotiations with our team. During the visit, the customer focused on our innovative products including transparent LED displays, car roof screens, backpack screens, mesh screens, crystal film screens and smart delivery boxes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our product technologies, manufacturing capacity and market applications. The two sides reached a high degree of consensus through friendly and efficient communication, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth cooperation.

Accompanied and briefed in detail by our foreign trade salesperson throughout the visit, the customer first arrived at our product exhibition hall to experience the actual display effects and application scenarios of transparent LED displays. The salesperson delivered professional explanations on product transparency, brightness performance and installation methods based on practical application scenarios. While listening carefully to the introductions, the customer experienced the products up close and spoke highly of the transparent screens’ slim, stylish design and stable high-definition performance.


After the exhibition hall tour, the salesperson led the customer to the office area to showcase our diversified innovative product portfolio. To help the customer fully understand our manufacturing strength, the salesperson also accompanied the visitor to the 7th-floor production workshop to view the core production equipment and automated production lines, visually demonstrating our complete production-to-testing process and standardized management system.

Following thorough and in-depth discussions, the cooperation intention between both sides was further clarified. The Indian customer has officially scheduled a return visit to RGX on the 24th of this month for special negotiations on specific product orders, cooperation models and marketing plans.
