Recently, a core Indian distributor team deeply rooted in the South Asian market visited RGX's production base for a full-process on-site inspection. The distributor has an extensive customer network, with 80% of its market share focused on India and 20% covering key Southeast Asian regions such as Singapore and Malaysia, serving as an important partner for RGX's expansion in the South Asian LED display market.
The delegation first entered an immersive experience cabin built with 5 LED display walls, where they comprehensively experienced RGX's full range of display solutions. On-site exhibits included diverse forms of products such as spherical, cylindrical, square LED screens, LED Ring displays, and advertising players, as well as full-scenario series including transparent screens, indoor high-definition small-pitch screens, and outdoor high-brightness waterproof screens. This intuitively demonstrated the technological advantages of RGX's core products such as COB, GOB, and rental LED displays. The inspection team showed great interest in the seamless splicing effect, color reproduction, and scenario adaptability of various screens, conducting in-depth exchanges with our technical team.


In the assembly area, the delegation focused on observing the product assembly process and packaging details. Our team provided a special explanation of export-specific wooden cases and flight cases: The wooden cases adopt a multi-layer reinforced structure with moisture-proof, shock-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties, meeting the stringent transportation requirements of long-distance sea shipping. The flight cases are both lightweight and durable, supporting repeated assembly and disassembly, and perfectly matching the rapid deployment and transfer needs of rental LED display products. The inspection team highly recognized RGX's full-chain quality control system from production and assembly to packaging and delivery.


Subsequently, the delegation went deep into the core production workshop to closely explore the complete manufacturing process of LED displays. From core module placement, precision cabinet assembly, to full-screen debugging and full-process aging testing, the standardized operation procedures and strict quality inspection system gave the delegation a more intuitive understanding of RGX's production strength and quality control standards. The advanced production equipment and refined management model in the workshop further consolidated the foundation of mutual trust for cooperation between the two parties.

At the end of the inspection, the two parties held in-depth business negotiations in the conference room, fully exchanging views on key issues such as customized product needs, channel cooperation models, and localized after-sales services in the South Asian and Southeast Asian markets, and finally reached a number of important cooperation consensus. This inspection not only allowed the Indian distributor to fully understand RGX's product strength and service capabilities but also laid a solid foundation for the two parties to jointly develop the South Asian LED display market.
