Quality Wins Trust: Saudi Client Visits RGX, Deal Sealed Offline

Recently, Shenzhen RGX Electronics Co., LTD. warmly received a client delegation from Saudi Arabia. Through on-site inspections and in-depth discussions, both parties successfully reached an intention for LED display cooperation and officially signed the agreement. As a professional manufacturer deeply engaged in the LED display industry, the finalization of this cooperation not only represents international market recognition of our product strength, but also marks a solid step in RGX’s expansion into the Middle Eastern market.

To enable the Saudi clients to fully understand our comprehensive capabilities, our company specially arranged a customized inspection itinerary. Accompanied by our team, the clients visited the LED display R&D center, fully automated SMT production lines, and finished product testing workshop in sequence. We focused on showcasing samples of outdoor LED screens with high protection rating (IP65), developed specifically for Saudi Arabia’s high-temperature and strong sunlight climate. We also gave a detailed explanation of the 12 quality control processes from raw material selection to finished product delivery, as well as how the independently developed energy-saving drive technology reduces the long-term operating costs of equipment. After witnessing on-site tests of product brightness, color reproduction, and weather resistance, the clients highly praised our technological innovation capabilities and production standardization level, and expressed clear intention to cooperate on the spot.

Subsequently, our sales, technical, and after-sales teams held offline negotiations with the Saudi clients on core topics such as customized product parameters, mass production cycles, overseas logistics solutions, and localized technical support. In response to the application needs of the client’s business scenarios, we quickly provided 2 optimized solutions and demonstrated the operation process of the remote operation and maintenance system on-site, effectively dispelling the client’s concerns about cross-border cooperation. After multiple rounds of efficient communication, the two parties finally reached an agreement on cooperation details and successfully secured the cooperation.
